The present work is a complex examination of influence of investigative errors on errors that court commits in criminal procedure.

On the basis of the study of materials of criminal cases tried by courts as well as dismissed, suspended by the proceedings, investigated by investigative agencies of the Central Siberian Region (Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia), interviewing investigators, procurators, and judges the author shows the structure and reasons of investigative errors, their danger for the court, the ways to reveal, eliminate and prevent them at the pretrial stage of criminal procedure.

The book is recommended for researchers, teachers, post-graduates and students of higher and secondary law educational institutions.

It can be used in practical work by judges, procurators, investigators, agencies of inquiry, officers of operation subdivision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Federal Security Service, Federal Tax Police Service, State Customs Committee etc.
